This Corporation was founded by a service-connected Marine veteran who enjoys the sport of deep-sea fishing and truly wanted to support our military men and women. 

This corporation was strictly set up to be a non-profit charitable corporation. It will have basically two activities.

First activity will be to raise funds for its major charitable operation. 

To complete its activity of raising funds this will be done by communicating with the private sector by writing letters and talking with the private sector requesting donations to help us support our program. If we can figure out a different type of fundraiser, then we shall complete that as well. Any and all donations raised will be used to support our charitable program. No one in this corporation will receive any compensation.

Our second activity will be to complete our charitable program. This will entitle us to schedule charters, 3/4-day charters with private boats, provide meals and snacks, waters and sodas, fishing gear, fishing licenses, gratuity for the crew and the fish cleaning so that are participants may take home their catch of the day. This will all be provided for our participants at 100% no cost to them. Our participants will be 100% military. They will either be active duty and part of a wounded warrior battalion or veterans that are disabled and service-connected or dependents. 

A program like this, taking these active duty and veterans out fishing for a day helps them get away for the day from their daily routines of medical appointments and treatments. Our activities will include the basic fundamentals of saltwater fishing and also provide a mental therapy for our men and women that are serving or have served our country.
